Kaleidoscope |
Kaleidoscope is thematically a bit like 20 Good Reasons. It’s about a transitional point, realising things just are the way they are. You can go either way but inevitably life is going to take you that way anyway. The random element is the kaleidoscope – every time you look through it, it’s a different thing. It’s got a different shape and colour. It’s a beautiful thing but it also means that change is essential to life. And it’s about accepting change. It’s got the strings and the piano and the big melodic guitar solo.
